As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for hunting new logos (new client acquisition) for the Captive CoE / OPD Business Vertical at Trantor Inc.

We are looking for a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales for our enterprise team. You will formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth. This role will also work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Product, and HR, to align on cross-company engagement and alignment.



Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Create and drive sales strategy and tactical plans to significantly increase our presence, revenue, and market share
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales leadership
  • Leading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to close deals and drive revenue and adoption.


What it takes to catch our eye

  • You have 7-10 years of technology services-related sales across North America.
  • Must have sold IT outsourcing services like Outsourced Product Development, Technology Staff Augmentation Services, and Offshore Development Center Services across a wide range of Technology Stack.
  • Should have existing relationships within the industry to mobilize multiple conversations to build a sales pipeline and close quick wins
  • The average Ticket Size should be a minimum of 15-20 Headcount and more than $ 500,000.
  • Should have managed long sales cycles with experience and ability to engage stakeholders at C Levels
  • As a sales leader, you have a proven track record of consistent growth and quota attainment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong experience working with modern sales technology

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, related field, or equivalent experience/ MBA.
