Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze business systems and user needs. Interact with stakeholders to create better definitions of business priorities.
  • Collect, analyze and document detailed functional and technical requirements with measurable acceptance criteria for stakeholder review, development, and implementation.
  • Interact with stakeholders, becoming an “app expert”, knowing the app requirements and business processes inside and out. Be “the voice” of the customer in stand-ups and direct priorities for successful delivery.
  • Perform gap fit analyses between business requirements and out-of-the-box features of internal systems applications.
  • Partner with architects and developers to leverage out-of-the-box features, utilizing thoughtfully designed customization to maximize efficiency and minimize ongoing maintenance costs.
  • Assist in the management of sprints and product backlog in an Agile environment. Support testing resources to ensure test scripts are in place. Define and execute functional and user acceptance test plans.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to systems function and use.
  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including the executive team, reporting into the VP digital platform integrations.


What it takes to catch our eye

  • 5 + years’ experience in systems development and analysis, business analysis and cross-functional projects
  • 2+ years working in an Agile environment
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and assessment of requirements to both technical and business applications
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to relate with both
    technical and business professionals
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional systems technical orientation
  • Proven experience in doing business analysis for complex integrated internal business systems
  • Proven business acumen, including understanding of business operations
  • Highly effective systemic thinking skills
  • Must have experience in and willingness to wear multiple hats to ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience using Jira
  • Must have experience in MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
  • Experience in EHS and ESG
