Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Will be responsible for Pipeline/Revenue generated from helping companies, set up CaptiveCoE teams for product development related services
  • Generate revenue plan by CaptiveCoE related relationships in the South Asian (Pan India) Market
  • Lead generation / Revenue generation of greenfield opportunities in the North America and Europe markets
  • Supporting the Sales Advisors/Private Equity Biz Dev team in Sales Pipeline development
  • Oversee sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract execution – partnering with the pre-sales solutions teams to help with converting prospects into customers
  • Works closely with Sales & Marketing team on marketing initiatives to grow the revenue pipeline
  • Nurture and track accounts, identify additional opportunities within existing accounts
  • Successful transition of a new account to account management team


What it takes to catch our eye

  • 6-10 years of experience selling Software Services – preferred experience in setting up ODCs and Extended teams
  • Professional experience Selling Services (Tech, Tech enabled, Business, Banking, Financial) in a B2B environment
  • Have showcased success (metrics) in an earlier role
  • Proven track record of managing successful partnerships – relationships to generate and close a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, professional networking skills, stakeholder management, and account management capabilities
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with C-level decision-makers
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
  • Understanding of larger investment organizations and their needs
  • 10 years of progressively increased responsibilities in client acquisition, business development, outbound sales or managing a large quota responsible for closing large accounts



  • Business / Engineering / Management Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
