Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Own and deliver proactive & RFP-based solution proposals with a significant emphasis on value engineering for our customers and prospects.
  • Deliver collaterals, industry trends and points of view PoVs, client visit presentations, and thoughts leadership articles etc
  • Closely work with Pre-Sales Head to build relevant partnerships with significant solution providers and service providers with complementary skills.
  • Conceptualize and develop frameworks, accelerators, or solutions for specific needs.
  • Periodic reviews with the leadership team on service line operations, progress, and overall direction

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on Experience in Pre-Sales activities: Proposal, RFP response, Estimates, and Prepare business cases for IT solutions
  • Strong knowledge of mapping customer needs, competitor mapping, and winning criteria of RFP
  • Deep understanding of different service delivery models, operating models, pricing models, and ability to map customer needs
  • Proven experience on high-tech projects/ assignments across any of the following domains Banking, Manufacturing, and Insurance.
  • Experienced in sales life cycle management and proven ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to all types of stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams for Knowledge Repository Management, Case Studies, and Service.

  • Team player with experience leading and collaborating across teams ensures the successful delivery of Solutions
