What it takes to catch our eye:

  • Must have 4-9 years of Experience & Experience with processes and tools supporting agile methodologies
  • Earlier Experience as a developer or tester working in an agile environment
  • Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and fun activities for large and small teams.
  • Worked with vendors (staff augmentation and outsourced)
  • Ability to speak the technical jargon, Good knowledge of Oracle PLSql
  • Conversant with various collaboration tools for collaborating online
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
  • Must be an excellent listener; possess outstanding facilitation and conflict-resolution skills and the ability to work in collaborative environments.
  • Facilitate and track the adoption of agile methodology in multiple teams.
  • Generate & analyze various metrics that help in continuous process improvement. o Using Jira, Confluence, Git, and Excel
  • Identify, manage, and escalate common issues and risks.
  • Prevent or remove impediments and distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver on their goals.
  • Promote Engineering related processes/automation to improve overall productivity and quality
  • Must have Experience preparing technical specifications, detailed design documents, and developing test cases
  • Experienced in development methodologies and software delivery lifecycle
  • Facilitate status meetings using data and publish data-driven status reports
  • Tracking vendors and their resources working on various project
