The Client is one of the IT service companies based in CA, USA. The Client wanted to partner with a service provider to develop an automation platform that could monitor and report employee’s activities to ensure people are working during work from home routine during the Covid19 pandemic.

Solutions

Trantor allocated a dedicated RPA team to the project which followed its proven six-step methodology and worked with business stakeholders to define the processes into series of actionable steps which were then automated by RPA developers. We delivered the following solution to the client :

  • Built POC on extracting VPN connections logs using its web interface in 2 days
  • Built POC to extract structured data from Sophos firewall monitoring application in just a week’s time
  • Built monitoring bots to exports desired data from various applications (firewall, VPN server,
  • Sapience monitoring tool, etc. into MS Excel)
  • Insert exported data into central MySQL database
  • Monitoring intranet login logs and send the data to the MySQL server
  • Schedule MySql reports being generated & emailed every 3 hours
