Job Description:
To develop and maintain AI backed Q&A pipelines aimed at extracting data from documents and generating highly accurate responses using Large Language Models (LLMs)

Responsibilities:

• Use Transformer models like BERT and other LLMs for various NLP use-cases
• Work closely with data engineers to develop and deploy ML pipelines.
• Conduct data exploration and preprocessing, including EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis)
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis and response generation.
• Research, evaluate and compare different models for accuracy and performance.
• Conduct experiments to improve the performance and accuracy of models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ML models into existing systems.

Must-have Skills:

• Relevant Experience: 4+ yrs in ML (Python), 2+ in NLP and Transformers / BERT / LLM
• Strong fundamentals in classical ML (Certification / Course preferred)
• Strong Python Coding skills – Data Structures, Python collections, ML and data science libraries
• Strong experience with NLP use-cases – Text classification, Summarization, NER, Topic modeling, Text analytics
• Experience with Transformers, BERT, LLMs, HuggingFace, Vector Database (any) – 1+ yr experience, 1+ project
• Experience with EDA – Exploratory Data Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
• Good communications skills

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience with any Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working with GPU clusters (RunPod, Lambda Labs)
• Experience fine-tuning models with PyTorch or TensorFlow
