Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for our NetSuite implementation, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for system optimization and improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation for our NetSuite system
  • Develop and deliver training programs and user guides to ensure that users are able to fully utilize the NetSuite system
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that our NetSuite implementation is fully integrated with other systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases and provide recommendations for upgrades and system enhancements
  • Ensure that all support tickets are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Proactively identify and address potential system issues before they become critical

 

What it takes to catch our eye

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NetSuite implementation and support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow
  • Experience with other ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
