Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Leverage expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools to build robust and user-friendly applications.
  • Develop and maintain Service Cloud functionalities, including customizing the console, building custom components, and integrating with external systems.
  • Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to automate processes and improve efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.


    Skills required:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development (7+ years) with expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Other Criteria with Knowledge of CPQ Operations
