Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in design systems and functional component design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultancy environment—balancing specialist knowledge with the agility of a generalist mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and an external design system partner to maintain, evolve, and operationalize design systems that power enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Jobe Role & Responsibilities
Design System Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party teams to manage and evolve the design system.Design, document, and update functional UI components that ensure consistence accessibility, and scalability.
- Ensure the design system remains current as products and client requirements evolve.
Prototyping & Interaction Design
- Create high-fidelity prototypes that articulate user journeys and micro-interactions.
- Rapidly iterate based on feedback and usability insights.
Team & Client Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and consultants to ensure seamless design-to-development alignment.
- Communicate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
Tool Mastery:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, shared libraries, version control, collaboration features).
- Hands-on with design handoff workflows and best practices for remote collaboration. Documentation & Governance
- Own documentation for design components, patterns, and workflows.
- Uphold standards of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and brand consistency across projects.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design system contributions, component libraries, and product design work.
- Demonstrated expertise in functional design, prototyping, and design documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consultancy environment
