Job Description:

 As a MuleSoft Tech Lead, you will play a dual role – leading a team of developers while remaining hands-on in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Java. You will provide technical leadership, set coding standards, perform design reviews, and guide the team in delivering high-quality, secure, and  scalable integration solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of MuleSoft developers while being actively involved in hands-on development.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable integration designs and solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain complex integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Java.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the team.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure solution quality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders on solution design and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, ensuring smooth integration between enterprise systems.
• Drive CI/CD practices, version control, and automation within the team.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay updated on MuleSoft advancements and recommend adoption of new features/approaches.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integrations with systems such as ERP, CRM, CMS, HRMS, and Inventory Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, RAML, GraphQL, JSON, XML.
• Solid understanding of messaging systems (Anypoint MQ, Kafka, JMS, Pub/Sub).
• Proficiency in SQL, canonical data models, API management, OAuth, OpenID.
• Experience with Git VCS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
