Job Description
The Digital Testing & Optimization Manager / Consultant will own the end-to-end experimentation and personalization strategy across digital platforms. This role goes beyond executing predefined tests—you will ideate, design, build, and manage the optimization roadmap, driving measurable business impact through data-driven experimentation and personalization.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Experimentation & Testing
- Plan, design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Optimizely
- Independently generate innovative testing ideas, define hypotheses, and evaluate test outcomes
- Own experimentation strategy from idea inception to post-test insights and recommendations
Analytics & Insights
- Identify optimization opportunities using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Analyze data from multiple sources including Adobe Analytics / GA4
- Build and maintain ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and automated insights using BI tools
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and product stakeholders
- Translate business goals into clear experimentation and personalization use cases
- Manage expectations and communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations effectively
Metrics & Performance
- Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and testing benchmarks
- Regularly report on test performance, learnings, and optimization impact
Platform Expertise & Ownership
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe Target and Optimizely
- Leverage BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau for insight generation
- Apply strong understanding of Web & AdTech stack including GA4, Omniture, DCM
- Stay current with platform updates, features, and best practices
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor industry trends and recommend enhancements to testing and optimization workflows
- Continuously improve experimentation methodologies and processes
- Proactively explore and launch new testing and personalization initiatives
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Target and Optimizely
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics or GA4
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently with end-to-end ownership
