Job Role & Responsibilities


Digital Project Management & Delivery


  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital, analytics, and martech initiatives aligned with business and marketing goals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, sprint plans, RAID logs, delivery schedules, and meeting notes
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps across platforms such as GA4, ContentSquare, Looker Studio, and other martech tools
  • Use project management tools (Wrike or equivalent) to track progress, timelines, and dependencies
  • Identify risks early, escalate blockers proactively, and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare and maintain project and process documentation aligned with organizational frameworks
  • Drive internal audits through consistent documentation and governance practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Partner with marketing, technology, analytics, UX, and engineering teams to ensure scope clarity and delivery feasibility
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business requirements into actionable project plans
  • Act as a proactive leader with strong communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives

Analytics, Optimization & Martech Enablement


  • Lead and support teams including Data Analysts, Web Analysts, and Optimization Specialists
  • Enable effective use of analytics and optimization tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, and experimentation platforms
  • Identify performance insights and optimization opportunities to improve digital outcomes

Reporting, Audits & Governance

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering KPIs, milestones, insights, and recommendations
  • Lead or support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven performance insights and strategic recommendations 
  • Ensure dashboards, reporting frameworks, and documentation remain current and aligned with evolving business needs

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in digital project management or program delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, martech platforms, campaign operations, and workflows
  • Experience managing multiple digital workstreams with clear timelines and ownership
  • Proven stakeholder management across product, marketing, UX, analytics, and engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Workfront, Asana, or similar tools
  • Strong ability to manage intake, scoping, sprint planning, resourcing, and progress reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
