Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong HTML and CSS skills to design intuitive user experiences and translate them into high-quality, responsive interfaces. The ideal candidate combines design thinking with hands-on front-end development and collaborates closely with product managers and developers to deliver user-centric digital products. Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design and maintain software.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications based on business and user requirements
Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Ensure consistent branding, typography, color systems, and design patterns
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and improve user experience
Front-End Development (HTML/CSS)
Convert UI/UX designs into clean, responsive HTML and CSS
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Maintain reusable, scalable CSS (Flexbox, Grid, or frameworks like
Bootstrap/Tailwind)
Work closely with developers to integrate designs into functional applications
Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and usability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and interaction design
Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or
similar
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good to Have (Optional)
Basic knowledge of JavaScript
Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of design systems and component libraries
