Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and core HCM modules, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Integration Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations within Workday.
Build integrations using RaaS (Report-as-a-Service), SOAP Web Services, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio.
Develop and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio and Orchestration/Workday Extend where applicable.
Ensure integration reliability, performance, and scalability.
Reporting and Data Management
Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards.
Create advanced reports and calculated fields to support business requirements.
Deliver accurate and reliable data for HR and business teams.
Support and Troubleshooting
Monitor and support existing Workday integrations and reports.
Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Maintain documentation, integration design documents, and support procedures.
Follow best practices for integration development and deployment.
Workday Functional Support
Support integrations across Workday modules, including:
HCM (Human Capital Management)
Payroll
Time Tracking
Absence Management
Benefits
Security and Compliance
Understand and apply Workday security concepts, including security groups and domain security policies, where required.
Collaboration
Work closely with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to implement integration solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate effectively with teams across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
Experience developing Workday integrations using RaaS, SOAP, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio.
Strong experience in Workday reporting and calculated fields.
Knowledge of integration troubleshooting and production support.
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Ability to document integration solutions and technical designs.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Integration Certification or other Workday certifications.
Understanding of Workday security frameworks.
Functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
Experience integrating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse.
Experience with Workday Extend or Orchestration.
