Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer specialized in email campaign and management to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing captivating email campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Additionally, the candidate may be involved in designing landing pages to maintain a seamless user experience. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of visual design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to articulate content requirements, themes, and
• messaging guidelines for email campaigns.
• Create visually appealing email templates that resonate with the audience personas.
• Validate designs to ensure they meet technical requirements and display correctly across
• various email clients and devices.
• Develop and test the campaign’s visual and textual content to optimize engagement and
• conversion rates.
• Maintain consistency in design across email campaigns and potentially extend design
• concepts to landing pages.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and user
• interface design.
• Should have experience working with enterprise level customers

• Mandatory Requirements:
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in designing and producing email campaigns for marketing purposes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience in creating email
• templates that render well across various devices and email clients.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and requirements
• effectively.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
