Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining Flutter applications across platforms, with a strong focus on Flutter Web. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web).
• Implement state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.
  
  
  

Skills Required

• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.
• Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
• Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
• Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Good-to-Have

• Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
• Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Familiarity with performance optimisation and app lifecycle management.
