Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation & Analytics Specialist to support our marketing and product teams by ensuring accurate analytics implementation, robust QA processes, and insightful reporting. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making through end-to-end campaign tagging, analytics setup, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Segment.io, and a keen eye for quality assurance in a fast-paced digital environment.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day analytics implementation and maintenance tasks (BAU).
  • Partner with product teams during new launches to ensure analytics readiness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and validate campaign tracking.
  • Perform rigorous QA of tagging implementations using tools such as GA4 DebugView, browser DevTools, and Segment’s event debugger.
  • Support business needs with dashboard configuration and ad hoc analysis.
  • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies; work to resolve them proactively.
  • Maintain and enforce tagging strategy documentation and governance standards.
  • Communicate analytics setup, data flow, and findings clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and reporting.
  • Proven expertise in GA4 setup, including event tracking, custom dimensions, and user properties.
  • Strong knowledge of Segment.io for event tracking, transformations, and data routing.
  • Hands-on experience with QA methodologies for analytics (debugging, validation, testing tools).
  • Working familiarity with tag management platforms (e.g., GTM, Adobe Launch) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and user behavior tracking.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
