Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Systems Administrator with a strong background in digital marketing tools and data reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of experience and be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and management of marketing automation and reporting tools. This role requires proactive collaboration with various teams and a keen ability to manage tool enhancements and user access.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed reporting using tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Workfront, providing insights for WebOps and marketing automation.
  • Lead discussions and pre-work for new tool onboarding, acting as the primary liaison between our team and other departments.
  • Manage tool offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to identify tool enhancements and coordinate new feature deployments.
  • Maintain responsibility for user access management, including adding and removing users from existing tools as needed.
  • Stay in close communication with the team Manager to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee the learning tracker management and contribute to the professional development of the team.
  • Drive the procurement process for new tools, engaging with stakeholders and obtaining approval from the immediate manager.

  • Mandatory Requirements:
    Work timings will be 1 PM to 10 PM IST
  • Ready to work in a Hybrid environment from Hyderabad
  • Should have excellent knowledge on any 2 of the following
  • Work front administration
  • Adobe experience manager and reporting
  • Executing Eloqua marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and making data-driven decisions.
  • Should have ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Optional Requirements:
  • Extract and analyze data from Tableau, and provide comprehensive reporting to support decision-making.

  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, reporting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and reporting tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience
  • Manager, Adobe Workfront, MS Excel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement within the marketing operations domain.
