Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – IAM to lead and manage Identity and Access Management programs and initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM, Program Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira Sprint Management, and Change Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient IAM operations while driving continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead and manage IAM programs, ensuring that project goals, objectives, and timelines are met.
Audit and Compliance: Ensure that all IAM processes comply with relevant standards and regulations. Manage audits and ensure timely compliance reporting.
Security Management: Collaborate with the security team to address IAM-related security concerns and implement best practices.
Network Coordination: Work with network teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IAM solutions.
Agile Methodologies: Utilize Jira for sprint management and Scrum practices to ensure effective project delivery.
Change Management: Manage changes in IAM processes and systems while minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
Time Zone Flexibility: Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience as a Program Manager, specifically with IAM projects.
Strong understanding of audit and compliance requirements in the context of IAM.
Expertise in security principles and network infrastructure.
Proficient in using Jira for project and sprint management.
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Experience with change management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of IAM systems including Okta, SailPoint, and other related applications is preferred.
