Job Description:

A Salesforce business analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing operations and improving processes by leveraging Salesforce technologies. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role.


Role &Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members.
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.
  • Writing concepts, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases and business process design/requirement documents.
  • Being involved in implementation, training, and testing of the solutions
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
  • Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager/Lead.

 

Required  Skills

  • B.E or B.Tech or MCA
  • 7+ Relevant experience in business analysis –FSL field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including FSL, and understanding of business processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Must have experience in writing the functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects.
  • Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis for relevant years in agile projects.
  • Experience in complicated software projects.
