Job Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Develop and maintain Service Cloud functionalities, including customizing the console, building custom components, and integrating with external systems.
- Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to automate processes and improve efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices
- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- The candidate is expected to comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Salesforce development (7+ years) with expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST)
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be willing to provide overlap with PST time zone for at least 4-5 hours
- Knowledge of CPQ Operations
