Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Developer to join our growing Salesforce team. This role requires hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). The ideal candidate should have strong technical proficiency in Salesforce core and FSL features, along with experience customizing the FSL mobile app and integrating with external systems. The developer will work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance field service solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce FSL solutions including service appointments, work orders, territories, and scheduling policies
  • Customize and enhance the FSL mobile application, including offline capabilities and user interface improvements
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills

  • 5+Relevant experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Prior experience on data migration (including hierarchical datasets)
  • Salesforce to Boomi API integration, and system automation/optimization
  • Deep understanding of the FSL data model, architecture, and functionality
  • Experience customizing the FSL mobile app including offline capabilities
  • Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred  Skills (Good to have)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
  • Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant certification
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or external service management systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Copado
  • Knowledge of Lightning Scheduler and other Salesforce add-ons related to Field Service
