Job Overview 

This is a senior, customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role focused on SingleStore databases, AI implementation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise consulting.
A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is an engineer who works directly with customers to deploy, customize, integrate, and optimize a company’s technology in real-world environments. It’s a hybrid role that combines software engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Design database architectures, migrations, HA/DR, backups, and performance tuning.
Implement Aura Analyst, an AI-powered natural language analytics solution.
Work directly with enterprise customers as a trusted technical advisor.
Conduct architecture workshops and technical discovery sessions.
Automate deployments using scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
Use AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, troubleshooting, and customer enablement.
