Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional Services Consultant with strong expertise in Zero Trust, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), enterprise networking, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate combines strong networking and security fundamentals with excellent consulting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Services Delivery

Lead end-to-end implementation of Cloudflare Zero Trust solutions for enterprise customers.
Execute production deployments, migrations, and onboarding activities.
Perform solution validation, production cutovers, and post-implementation support.
Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality standards.

Customer Consulting

Conduct technical discovery workshops.
Gather business and technical requirements.
Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Advise customers on implementation best practices and security architecture.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Solution Design & Documentation
Develop and maintain high-quality implementation documentation, including:

High-Level Design (HLD)
Low-Level Design (LLD)
Implementation Plans
Migration Plans
Test Plans
Runbooks
Standard Operating Procedures

Technical Implementation

Technical Troubleshooting

Diagnose complex networking and security issues.

Assist customers during planned maintenance windows and production deployments.

Automation & AI Enablement
Develop deployment automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Build Infrastructure-as-Code templates using Terraform.
Create reusable deployment templates and operational assets.
Leverage AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve documentation, scripting, troubleshooting, and delivery efficiency.
