Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Adobe Campaign Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing marketing platforms to create audience segments based on campaign briefs, ensuring targeted and personalized messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of audience segmentation principles.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign purposes, goals, and target audience characteristics.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of email marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Determine criteria for audience segmentation based on campaign briefs, incorporating demographics, behavior, preferences, and other relevant factors.
  • Identify data sources, integration points, and fields required for audience segmentation and personalization, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection.
  • Analyze target audience data to identify distinct segments and divide them based on predetermined criteria.
  • Utilize data-driven segmentation techniques to deliver targeted, personalized messages to each audience segment.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics related to audience segmentation and adjust segmentation strategies as needed to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve audience segmentation strategies and enhance overall campaign performance.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in audience segmentation for email marketing campaigns, preferably using marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) for audience segmentation and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in defining KPIs and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data sources, integration points, and fields required for audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.


Optional Requirements:
  • Experience with multiple marketing platforms for audience segmentation and campaign management.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in audience segmentation for email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in at least one marketing platform for audience segmentation and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of audience segmentation principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
